Treatment takes place on a yoga mat, wearing comfortable loose clothing. The therapist will use their whole body to perform the techniques, including their feet. Thai yoga feels similar to yoga, except the therapist will passively push your body into positions without any work for you, leaving longer lasting results!

This form of therapy could improve sciatica with lots of hip mobilization, although there would be caution because of the nerve sensitivity. this form of treatment applies deep pressure on the meridian lines and stretches. If you decided to give it a try, we would modify based on your bodies needs.
